Welcome to the fast lane of talent attraction
Every year, the Happydance Annual Benchmark measures what the industry's best careers websites actually deliver, not as a promise, but as a performance score. We test across four core metrics used by Google to assess real-world user experience: Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO. Each site scores out of 100 per metric, combined total out of 400.
In 2026, we extended the study to include 58 Fortune 100 careers websites alongside our own customer base. The result is the most comprehensive independent benchmark of careers site performance ever published.
