How it works
In the same year Formula 1 celebrates its 75th anniversary, we're launching a high-octane competition of our own.
The Careers Site Grand Prix is the first global competition to find the world's highest-performing careers website—and award the ultimate prize: Four corporate hospitality tickets to the iconic British Grand Prix at Silverstone.
FOUR CORE CHALLENGES //
Each week, participating careers websites will go head-to-head across four core challenges—performance, accessibility, best practice and SEO.
Weekly podium winners are announced every Friday, and the ultimate Careers Site Champion and Vendor Champion will be revealed on June 13, 2025—ready to claim bragging rights and celebrate that champagne moment.
Points are awarded to the top ten across two categories:

Engines on. Eyes forward. The Careers Site Grand Prix revs into action on April 22, 2025. Submit your careers site and lock in three weeks to get your site race ready before the official qualification round on May 7th, 2025.
Your homepage load speed will determine your position on the starting grid—announced on May 8th at 4pm GMT.

Monday 12th May:The Performance GPIt’s not just about raw speed—it’s about how well your site performs under pressure. Who will deliver flawless UX at full tilt?
WK 2
Monday 19th May:The Accessibility GPSpeed is nothing without inclusion. Can your careers site deliver a world-class experience—for every candidate?

Monday 26th May:The Best Practices GPThis challenge is all about craft. Clean code. Seamless integrations. UX excellence. Is your site setting the gold standard?
WK 4
Monday 2nd June:The SEO GPVisibility is everything. You can’t convert if candidates can’t find you. Who turns site performance into search dominance?

Weekly podium winners and spotlight awards are announced each Friday at 3pm GMT—but only two teams will take the final checkered flag.
